- 6 c. cucumbers
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. bell peppers
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar (white)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Use small to medium size cucumbers; slice thin and slice onions thin.

2Cut peppers in small pieces; melt sugar in vinegar by stirring.

3Don't heat.

4Mix all ingredients.

5Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

6Cucumbers will shrink.

7You may put in smaller containers.

8Keep refrigerated.
