  • 16 to 18 graham crackers or vanilla wafers
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. thick cream, whipped
  • 1 pt. can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

    Mix powdered sugar and butter until creamy.

    Add eggs one at a time and beat well.

    Line bottom of baking dish with 1/2 cracker/wafer crumbs.

    Spread egg mixture evenly over crumbs. Spread pineapple evenly over egg mixture.

    Top with whipped cream and another layer of crumbs.

    Set in refrigerator for 12 hours.
