- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 cakes yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
Directions

1Measure flour and sift with sugar and salt.

2Cut in the butter as for pie crust.

3Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add sugar in it.

4Let it stand until it foams.

5Mix together the egg yolks, 1 cup of sour cream and the foaming yeast.

6Make a dent in the flour mixture and add the yolks, sour cream and foaming yeast into the flour mixture.

7Knead into a smooth dough.

8Put the dough into the refrigerator overnight.

9The next day, roll out the dough and fill it with nut filling.
