Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (17 oz.) can tiny green peas, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Combine all vegetables and set aside.

    Bring to a boil all other ingredients.

    Cool slightly and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Keeps good for several days.
