Ingredients
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 liter vanilla icecream
Directions

1Separate egg white and beat them till they are airy.

2Mix rest of the ingredients and then fold the egg whites in them.

3Preheat oven at 170 C.

4Line a baking tray with butter paper and pour the cake mixture.

5Bake it for 10-15 minutes.

6Spread a towel and sprinkle some icing sugar on it.

7Take the cake out of the oven and empty the tray on towel.

8Roll the cake along with towel.
-
9And let it cool.
-
10Open up the towel and spread the softened icecream on it.

11Roll it again softly.
-
12Cover it and freeze it.
-
13Optional : pour the glazing before serving.
