Ingredients

  • 4 eggs at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 liter vanilla icecream

Directions

    Separate egg white and beat them till they are airy.

    Mix rest of the ingredients and then fold the egg whites in them.

    Preheat oven at 170 C.

    Line a baking tray with butter paper and pour the cake mixture.

    Bake it for 10-15 minutes.

    Spread a towel and sprinkle some icing sugar on it.

    Take the cake out of the oven and empty the tray on towel.

    Roll the cake along with towel.

    And let it cool.

    Open up the towel and spread the softened icecream on it.

    Roll it again softly.

    Cover it and freeze it.

    Optional : pour the glazing before serving.
