- 2 c. whole almonds
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In a heavy skillet, heat almonds, sugar and butter over medium heat.

2Stir constantly until almonds are toasted and sugar is golden brown, about 15 minutes.

3Stir in vanilla.

4Drop in clusters on baking sheet or foil.

5Sprinkle with a little salt. Cool.

6Makes 1 pound candy.
