- 6 scoops cream Carte D'Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice, 150g
- 7 1/16 tablespoons biscuits
- 2 1/8 tablespoons butter
- 6 3/4 tablespoons coulis mango
Directions

1Blitz the biscuits in a food processor or blender until crushed.

2Melt the butter in a small pan or in the microwave. Then mix the biscuits and melted butter together and cool for 15 minutes.

3Scoop the Carte D'Or Caramel Cinnamon Waffle Ice Cream into a bowl and fold in the buttered biscuits, refreeze for 10 minutes.

4Put the cheesecakes into 4 dessert glasses.

5Serve drizzled with the mango coulis.
