- 5 to 6 large potatoes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Peel potatoes and boil until done.

2Melt butter in a frying pan on low heat.

3Add sugar to melted butter and bring to a boil.

4The mixture will be the consistency of a syrup.

5Do not overheat! Drain the potatoes and let them simmer a few minutes.

6Pour potatoes and syrup in a serving dish.
