  • 10 medium size potatoes, cooled with skin on, peeled and grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Put into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish (glass is okay).

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
