  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small can mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

Directions

    Saute diced medium onion and mushrooms.

    Brown hamburger and drain.

    Combine hamburger, soup, sour cream, onion and mushrooms. Cook egg noodles as directed on package.

    Drain and combine with hamburger mixture.

    Simmer for 30 minutes.
