- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
Directions

1Cook onion and pepper in butter until tender.

2Blend in flour. Add milk and cook until thick.

3Add seasonings, eggs, then crabmeat.

4Place in 6 well-greased 5 ounce cups.

5Bake in 350° oven 20 to 25 minutes.
