Chicken Marsala

- 1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
- 1 egg
- flavored bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c. Marsala wine
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. hot water
Directions

1Dip chicken in egg, then in flavored bread crumbs.

2Fry slowly in olive oil in which you have lightly browned 1 clove of garlic (remove).

3Put all in Dutch oven.

4Cover with 1 cup Marsala wine, to which is added 1 tablespoon parsley flakes.

5If not enough liquid, add hot water.

6Simmer all for 1/2 to 3/4 hour, or until meat is tender.
