  • 12 crisp slices bacon, crumbled
  • 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. baking mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Lightly grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.

    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender (high) or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate.

    Bake at 400° for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.

    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

    Serves 6.
