  • 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick or other baking mix
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Grease 9-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese in plate.

    Beat together milk, eggs and Bisquick for 1 minute until smooth.

    Pour into pie plate and bake 35 to 40 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.

    Cool 5 minutes. Serve.
