  • 12 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese (optional)
  • 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Grease pie plate.

    Sprinkle bacon in plate.

    Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper together and pour over bacon.

    Bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.

    Let stand 5 minutes and cut.
