  • 12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Lightly grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle onion, cheese and bacon over bottom of pie plate.

    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in blender on high speed or one minute with hand beater.

    Pour into pie plate.

    Bake until golden brown or knife inserted in middle comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.

    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

    Refrigerate remaining pie.
