- 2 c. shredded cheese, your choice**
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. biscuit baking mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions

1Arrange broccoli in bottom of lightly greased 10x1-1/2-inch pie plate.

3Beat milk, baking mix, eggs and spices together about 15 seconds in blender (or 1 minute with hand mixer); pour into pie plate.
