Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Heat oven to 400°.

   Grease 10-inch deep pie plate.

   Brown and stir beef and onion until brown.

   Drain, stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate.

   Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth.

   Pour over meat.

   Bake 25 minutes.

   with tomatoes and cheese.

    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 5 to 8 minutes more.
