Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Heat oven to 400°.

   Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.

   Cook and stir beef and onions over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain.

   Stir in salt and pepper.

   Spread in plate.

   Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute by hand mixer).

   Pour into plate.

   Bake 25 minutes.

   Top with cheese of your choice and bake until cheese is melted.
