  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Brown and season meat with salt, pepper and onions.

    Drain and place in lightly greased casserole dish.

    Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs for 1 minute.

    Put cheese on top of meat and then pour milk over all.

    Do not stir.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
