Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 1 1/2 c. chopped onion; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 1 1/2 c. milk; 3/4 c. Bisquick; 3 eggs; 2 sliced tomatoes; 1 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 sliced tomatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese

Directions

Grease 9-inch pie plate.

Brown meat and onion; drain.

Stir in salt and pepper.

Spread in pie plate.

Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth.

Pour over meat.

Bake 25 minutes at 400°. Top with tomatoes and cheese.

Return to oven for an additional 5 to 8 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
