- 1 lb. meat, browned
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 3 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix (optional)*
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease a 10 x 1-inch Pyrex pie dish. Brown beef and onion; drain.

3Stir in salt and pepper; put in dish.

4Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth.

5Pour over meat. Bake for 25 minutes.

6Remove from oven; top with tomatoes and cheese.

7Bake about 10 more minutes.
