- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (17 oz.) pkg. coconut
Directions

1Add all ingredients into a blender.

2Blend at high speed for 1/2 minute. Remove and add coconut.

3Pour mixture into 2 well-buttered and floured glass Pyrex pie plates (9-inches).

4Bake in 325° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.

5Let stand for 1 hour or longer.
