  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 oz. green chilies
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
  • 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • sliced jalapenos to taste
