- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 5 medium peaches, sliced thin
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Blend sugar and flour, then add the beaten eggs.

2Add all remaining ingredients.

3Pour into 2 buttered and floured pie pans. Bake at 350° until the custard is set, about 30 to 40 minutes. This makes 2 pies that will make their own crusts.
