  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 5 medium peaches, sliced thin
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Blend sugar and flour, then add the beaten eggs.

    Add all remaining ingredients.

    Pour into 2 buttered and floured pie pans. Bake at 350° until the custard is set, about 30 to 40 minutes. This makes 2 pies that will make their own crusts.
