Ingredients: 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat or shrimp, thawed and drained; 1 c. shredded processed sharp American cheese; 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes; 1/4 c. sliced green onions; 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained; 1 c. Bisquick baking mix; 4 eggs; 3/4 tsp. salt; dash of nutmeg

1/4 c. sliced green onions

1 c. Bisquick baking mix

Heat oven to 400°.

Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.

Mix crabmeat, cheese, onions and pimento in plate.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.

Pour into plate; bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes.
