  • 1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. bisquick baking mix
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

    Heat oven to 375°.

    Grease pie plate.

    Mix spinach, cheese and onion in plate.

    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

    Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
