Impossible Taco Pie

Directions

   Heat oven to 400°.

   Grease a 10-inch pie plate.

   Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.

   Stir in seasoning mix.

   Spread in plate.

   Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth.

   Pour into plate.

   Bake 25 minutes.

   Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cool 5 minutes.

    Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, guacamole and shredded lettuce.
