- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Whip egg whites until stiff.

2Beat egg yolks separately, until very pale yellow.

3Add yolks, salt and vanilla to cooled melted chocolate.

4Fold egg whites into mixture.

5Pour into souffle dish. Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
