  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can corned beef

Directions

    Place shredded cabbage, corned beef and onion in 4-quart casserole.

    Cover with bread crumbs.

    Pour milk and butter over casserole.

    Cover with lid or foil.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook 30 minutes more, or until brown and cabbage is tender.
