- 1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. curry
- 1 small peeled garlic clove
- 8 oz. boned, skinnless chicken breast
Directions

1In a blender, combine all ingredients except chicken.

2Puree until smooth.

3Place chicken in shallow dish.

4Pour marinade over and turn to coat.

5Cover and let stand at least 15 minutes. Preheat grill or large cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Spray cooking surface. Cook 4 minutes per side.
