Ingredients

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream, light
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless, chicken, cubed

Directions

    Saute onions in olive oil until translucent

    Add remaining ingredients except chicken, water, and cream; mix well

    add chicken, mix, cover and simmer on low until water drains from chicken

    add 1/2 cup water, cover and heat over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently and adding small amounts of water if needed

    add cream, stir and heat for few minutes.
