  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. butter
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Scald milk and combine with corn, brown sugar, flour and butter.

    Add egg yolks, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into corn mixture.

    Pour into 2-quart baking dish.

    Place dish in a pan of simmering water and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
