- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. butter
- 3 eggs, separated
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Scald milk and combine with corn, brown sugar, flour and butter.

2Add egg yolks, salt and pepper.

3Mix well.

4Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into corn mixture.

5Pour into 2-quart baking dish.

6Place dish in a pan of simmering water and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
