- 1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1In small bowl, mix flour, baking powder and milk.

3On lightly floured board, knead until smooth, about 3 to 4 minutes.

4Cover and let rise 30 minutes.

5Make into 8 balls. Fry one at a time for 1 minute.
