- 1 c. corn meal
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs
- 8 1/2 oz. can creamed corn
- 1/2 c. butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 or 3 whole canned green chilies, seeded and chopped fine
Directions

1Stir together corn meal, baking powder, salt, eggs, corn, butter and sour cream. With a spoon, beat until combined.

2Stir in cheese and chilies. Turn into an 8-inch square glass baking dish and bake in preheated 350° oven until a cake tester comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
