  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

    Cream butter and sugar; add flour and eggs.

    (May use blender.)

    Add vanilla.

    Slowly add half and half; mix well.

    Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.

    Then bake at 350° until top is brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
