- 1 lb. Bob Evans Farm roll sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Crumble sausage into skillet.

2Brown and drain.

3Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls firmly pressed to seal.

4Sprinkle the sausage and cheese onto the rolls. Combine remaining ingredients.

5Beat well and pour over the sausage and cheese.

6Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until set.

7Let it stand for 5 minutes.

8Cut into squares.

9Serves 6 to 8 people.
