- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 slightly beaten eggs
- 36 cupcake liners
- 36 regular size vanilla wafers
- any topping: cherry pie filling (or other fruit flavor), strawberries, Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar and flour; beat well.

2Add eggs one at a time.

4add vanilla and lemon juice.

5Place 36 cupcake liners

8Put 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. Spoon

9cheese mixture over wafers. Bake at 300° for 25 to 30 minutes
