- 2 slices white bread with crusts removed, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- juice from 1 lemon
- oil for frying
Directions

1Gently mix all ingredients and shape into 8 large crab cakes. Fry cakes in oil for 5 minutes on each side or until brown. Serves 4.
