- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Line a regular size muffin tin with paper baking cups.

2Place a Vanilla Wafer into the bottom of each cup.

3Beat the cream cheese, sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy.

4Spoon evenly into each cup.

5Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

6Turn the oven off.

7Crack oven door and let cool in oven 30 minutes.
