- 1 pound beef, sirloin steak
- 1 each green bell peppers
- 1 each zucchini
- 12 each pearl onions
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, tamari
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions

1Combine the marinade and set aside.

2Cut and cube the sirloin and add it to the marinade.

3Marinate for 2 to 3 hours.

4Preheat the oven to broil.

5Cut the green pepper into squares and the zucchini into small wheels.

6Arrange the meat on skewers and the green pepper, zucchini, onions and mushrooms on separate skewers.

7Broil the meat on a rack 4 inch from the heat.

8Brush with marinade and turn every 2 or 3 minutes.

9The meat should cook for about 10 minutes and the vegetables for about 5 minutes.
