  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans

Directions

    Cook rice; set aside and brown hamburger and onion and drain off fat.

    Combine hamburger, onion, rice and rest of ingredients. Heat and blend.

    Serve with cornbread.
