  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 16 oz. can pumpkin
  • 3 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
  • 2-9 inch pie shells, baked
  • Pecans for garnish

    Mix pudding mix and milk in bowl at lowest speed of rotary beater until blended, about 30 seconds.

    Blend in pumpkin, spice, and 2 cups of Cool Whip.
