- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 3 green onions and tops, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
- 2 c. chicken bouillon
Directions

1In skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in melted butter until tender.

2Add bouillon; bring to a boil.

3Add instant rice.

4Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.

5Gently fluff with fork.

6Serve immediately.
