  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 3 green onions and tops, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
  • 2 c. chicken bouillon

Directions

    In skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in melted butter until tender.

    Add bouillon; bring to a boil.

    Add instant rice.

    Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.

    Gently fluff with fork.

    Serve immediately.
