- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 3 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp in Dutch oven; add onions and saute. Add potatoes, 2 cups water, salt and pepper.

2Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Add corn with can liquid and evaporated milk.

5Blend 1/2 of water with flour.

6Return to stove. Add flour mix, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thickened.

7Sprinkle with paprika.
