- 2 tsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
Directions

1Melt butter in small skillet.

2Saute green pepper and onion until tender, about 3 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Beat eggs in medium size bowl.

5Stir in milk.

6Mix sugar, flour, salt and pepper in small cup.

7Stir into egg-milk mixture.

8Add cooked pepper and onion and corn.

9Turn into buttered 4 to 6-cup shallow baking dish or 9-inch pie plate.

10Bake in a slow oven (275°) for 40 minutes or until softly set.

11Makes 4 servings.
