Irish Braised Lamb

- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 lb. lamb
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 pt. stock
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oil; barely brown lamb.

2Transfer meat to casserole dish. Saute onion and tomato in oil lightly.

3Add stock to mixture and spice as desired.

4Add mixture to meat.

5Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

6Serve with potatoes and green beans.
