- 3 C. Flour
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1\2 tsp. Salt
- 3\4 C. Sugar
- 1\3 C. Shortening (half Olea,) melted
- 1 C. Sour Cream
- 2\3 C. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp. Caraway Seeds
- 2\3 C. Raisins
- 2 Eggs, beaten
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients together. set aside.

2Beat eggs, mix in shortening, sour cream and buttermilk.

3Add dry ingredients, add raisins, and stir until all flour is moistened.

4Mixture will be sticky.

5Bake at 350° for 30-45 min. using small loaf pan or 8-inch square or round pan.

6Also before baking sprinkle some sugar over the top.
