  • 1 12 cups white flour
  • 1 14 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups buttermilk

    Preheat the oven to 400F.

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Stir in enough buttermilk to make the dough soft.

    Dust the work surface with wheat flour.

    Knead the dough until smooth.
