  • 1 Tbsp. flour or more if needed
  • 1 c. water or more (off cooked celery)
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chicken

Directions

    Cut up chicken, onion and celery into chunks.

    Cook onion, celery and chicken chunks until chicken is done.

    Add 3/4 cup catsup and 1 cup water; mix all together.

    Add flour until mixture thickens.

    Serve over rice.
